Policies

Appointment cancelation policy

We value your time and commitment to our services. To provide the best experience for all clients, we require appointments to be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged 100% of the booked service.

For COVID-19-related cancellations, we request at least 48 hours notice.

Late arrival Policy

A valid credit or debit card must be on file to secure your appointment( NO DEPOSIT NEEDED). Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. A 10-minute grace period is provided, but arrivals beyond this are responsible for the full appointment cost.

Payment policy

Payment in full is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Cancellation and no-show fees may apply according to the salon’s policies, and clients who fail to provide sufficient notice or do not show up for appointments may incur charges. These policies help us provide a smooth, professional experience for all clients while respecting the time and efforts of our staff.
